Products & Pricing

• All watch descriptions, features, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product details as accurately as possible.

Orders & Payments

• Orders are processed once payment verification is completed through our accepted payment methods (such as Easypaisa).

• Customers are required to share their payment transaction screenshots via WhatsApp at +92 331 2691018 to expedite order fulfillment.

Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 working days across Pakistan. Delays may occasionally occur due to government restrictions, local security issues, or natural disasters/weather conditions.

Returns & Claims

• Return or replacement claims are only valid if the customer provides a clear, uncut parcel opening (unboxing) video recorded at the time of delivery. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
